RE&LS is seeking a full-time Senior Transportation Engineer to be part of our growing Design Team. We are looking for someone who can work independently and coordinate with other disciplines. Good communication and writing skills are essential as this person will communicate with clients on technical matters. This role will lead to a department leadership role within 3 to 5 years for the right candidate.

 

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• B.S. in Civil Engineering.
• 7-10 years of technical experience in bridge/culvert/highway design.
• Strong knowledge of AASHTO and NYSDOT design standards.
• Knowledge of Hydraulic Modeling (HEC-Ras, HY-8) a plus.
• Professional Engineering license.
• Microstation and Inroads skills desired, AutoCadd skills helpful.

 

COMPENSATION:

• Very Competitive Salary $50-$65/hr
